NORTH HORNELL - Lowe's
 

NORTH HORNELL - Lowe's can begin doing preparation work at the planned site of a home improvement store.

The company does, however, have to wait before it can begin building.

The Village of North Hornell has approved a site work special use permit for Lowe's to begin clearing the land off Bethesda Drive and State Route 36, and to add fill to raise up a lower portion of the land for the project.
